INTRODUCING THE CAMBRIDGE YOUTH COMMITTEE

We have a wonderful group of young people here in Cambridge, and we are proud to say that we have the first organized youth group for any neighborhood in the CSRA. The children in this community have idea's and suggestions just like the adults. We need to listen to those idea's and suggestions so that we can make it a better community. We hope that you will encourage your children to join the Committee and you are certainly welcome to come and participate as well. And no... you don't have to have children to be part of this group. Anyone willing to donate their time to assist these kids is certainly welcome to do so. Remember, the children of today, are the leaders of tomorrow. Let's support them all that we can.

About our association

Cambridge Property Owners Association Mission

The Cambridge Property Owners Association's (CPOA) mission is to provide quality property management in order to protect the rights and property values of its members. Our Board of Directors are committed to continually identify and make improvements to buildings, lighting, landscape, and all other common areas that fall under the jurisdiction of the Association. The Board is dedicated to providing an environment where families can live together in a safe, healthy, and aesthetically inviting atmosphere.
Please note: This website is a volunteer project, provided as a service to Cambridge owners.

We Have Youth!

And we have a Youth Committee. These young people are working and learning how to become productive and dependable members of our community. We need to make sure we support them, and offer them our wisdom and free time to help them to become our leaders of tomorrow.

Architectural Control Committee

Before adding additions, putting up a fence, making any type of changes to the front of your property, you must first contact our Architectural Control Committee. They will provide you with the proper forms, advise of what is not permitted, and direct you to where you need to go to get your building permits, if required.

Your dues also pay for community notices, publication of our newsletter, and legal fee's when necessary. We strive to inform members of the Association of important local issues, prepare and display appropriate signs for important meetings, report events that will effect our community in our newspaper and promote a safe and healthy environment to raise our families.
